Our Criteria

Executive & Senior Leaders

C-Level or President, Vice President, Executive Director, Senior Director. OR any other executive-level position responsible for making strategic decisions and leading a team or department within an organization.

3 to 5 tiers below the top executive

Employed by organizations with a minimum workforce of 2000 employees across the Asia-Pacific region.

Plus

  • Demonstrate accountability for the financial performance (P&L)
  • Supervise a team comprising both direct and indirect reports totaling more than 10 members.

Board Members & Ex-Corporate

Individuals holding Board positions(s) that are paid.

Min 18 years of experience in senior corporate roles.

Plus

  • Currently leading or founded an entrepreneurial venture

Scale Up Founders

Annual revenue, valuation, and capital raises will be reviewed accordingly.

Innovative technology or disruptive business model

Plus

  • Track record of successfully scaling businesses, OR significant VC/angel funding OR recognition / awards in the startup ecosystem OR successful exit (acquisition/IPO)
  • Significant year-over-year growth in key metrics (e.g., user base, market share, or revenue)

Venture Capitalist or Private Equity Professionals

Executive level position responsible for making strategic decisions and leading a team.

Plus

  • Successful track record of exits or high-performing investments
  • Expertise in specific industry sectors or emerging technologies
  • *Title evaluation varies by organisation, industry and geography, adjustment based on company size, which may include roles reporting directly to the CEO, Chairman, or President.
  • Minimum of 18 years of verified working experience
  • All claims subject to thorough vetting
